Optimal protection and accessibility
Each fruit and vegetable cage comes with a sturdy side net featuring a reinforced selvedge cord and 1.5 x 1.5 cm knotted mesh. This net provides an effective barrier against animals while remaining easily accessible from above for planting, sowing, and harvesting.

Want to keep birds away too? Opt for the top net, which completely encloses your raised bed. The side net can be easily slid upward, giving direct and easy access to your raised bed or planter.

Easy assembly
The frame of the fruit and vegetable cage clicks easily into the ground spikes that connect the wooden beams of our raised beds and planters. The nets are securely attached to the cage frame with the included cable ties.

Thanks to the smart modular design, assembly is quick and requires no tools.

Tips

Cage height
Choose a cage tall enough for your crops. Low-growing vegetables like lettuce or carrots require less space than climbing or tall-growing plants.

Versatile frame usage
The frame of this fruit and vegetable cage is multifunctional. Use it to support shade cloths in strong sunlight, mesh to repel insects, or foil to start growing vegetables and herbs earlier in the season.

Year-round use
The cage is not only useful during the growing season. Use it in autumn and winter to prevent animals from digging up the substrate or using it as a litter box.

Rats
Do you have trouble with gnawing rats? Attach a metal mesh net 50 cm high to the frame of the cage instead of the standard knotted side net.
